Launch outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, including your audience, offer, traffic sources, timing, retailer reporting practices, marketing, pricing, category, and overall execution. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on our site or in our software are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

We do not sell books, fulfill preorders, process retailer payments, or control retailer reporting. We provide software that captures reader-submitted receipts and delivers bonus content authorized by the Campaign Owner.

5. Receipt verification limits

Claims are reviewed manually by trained reviewers (or by the Campaign Owner's team). While we take every reasonable precaution to avoid approving fraudulent or erroneous claims, we generally do not have direct access to a publisher's or retailer's internal preorder data, and we cannot independently confirm every transaction with the source retailer.

Launch Bonus Portal is not responsible for differences between the preorder totals aggregated by your publisher or retailers and the preorder claims captured by our system. Our records reflect what readers submitted and what our reviewers approved — they are not a substitute for official publisher or retailer sales reporting.

6. Book content and author responsibility

We are not the author, publisher, or distributor of any book promoted through a campaign hosted on the Service. We do not write, edit, review, approve, endorse, fact-check, or otherwise vet the content of any book or bonus material delivered through the Service.
